Vietjet Thailand is entering an exciting phase of growth and preparing for IPO readiness. We are looking for a Company Secretariat Executive who will play a key role in ensuring strong corporate governance and compliance as we move toward listing on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET).
Your Key Responsibilities
- Support the Company Secretary in all corporate governance and compliance matters.
- Prepare and maintain statutory records, registers, and corporate documents.
- Organize Board of Directors and Shareholders’ meetings, including drafting agendas, minutes, and resolutions.
- Liaise with regulators, auditors, and legal advisors on corporate governance and IPO-related requirements.
- Assist in preparing documentation for IPO initial stage and ensure compliance with SET regulations.
- File statutory returns and reports with relevant authorities accurately and on time.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in corporate secretarial or legal compliance roles.
- Knowledge of IPO process and SET listing requirements is a strong advantage.
- Strong understanding of Thai corporate law and governance standards.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with governance software is a plus.
- Good command of English and Thai (written and spoken).
